Environmental Health Services offered by the environmental specialist include, but are not limited to: water samples for private water supplies, private sewer system complaints, sewer system inspections, inspections of all county restaurants, taverns, grocery stores, motels, school cafeterias, pre-schools, Head Start, senior citizen centers and meal sites. Food sanitation classes may be available upon request. General complaints are investigated and referred to appropriate agencies.

Birth & Death Certificates for the State of Missouri (birth after 1920 for $15, death after 1980 for $13) are available. Certificates are official and are stamped with the State Seal.

Immunization Records are available for children immunized at the Carroll County Health Department or within the state of Missouri.
